Optimizer

Tigo Energy Optimizer is a product that raises power production efficiency by 5 to 20% by resolving power imbalances between panels by managing voltage and current and returning it to its initial condition when power generation efficiency declines due to dust collection on solar panels, bird dropping contamination, shadowing, and panel degradation.

It may be used for new power plants as well as existing solar power plants for maintenance, repair, and monitoring.

  • Implement module level shutdown using a Tigo RSS Transmitter or inverters with an integrated Tigo approved transmitter to comply with NEC 690.12 Rapid Shutdown criteria.

  • Module-level shutdown may be implemented by installing this on each PV module and connecting it to a Tigo Access Point (TAP) and Cloud Connect Advanced (CCA).
  • Through Tigo's smart website or application, you may evaluate the DC produced data of certain modules when connected to CCA.

RSS TRANSMITTER_ OUTDOOR KIT

RSS transmitter

  • When combined with the Tigo TS4-F, it offers a module-level Rapid Shutdown solution
  • To maintain the PV module connected and switched on when it is turned on, the RSS transmitter transmits a power line communication (PLC) signal to the TS4-A-F device
  • When the power to the RSS transmitter is lost, the TS4-A-F device switches automatically into shutdown mode and restarts energy production
  • The RSS transmitter outdoor kit comes with an outdoor environment, a 120/240VAC power supply, and either one or two SS cores
